Could anyone tell me if its just me? I just got c4 and now noticed he isn't providing the 50% dmg buff from c2... which made me test him in miliastra and it appears he isn't providing shred either?

I have venti on VV to make sure shred is indeed calculated, but as you can see anemo is not being shredded.
