I got quoted $2650 for bridal hair and makeup (3hrs) plus trials for both for a weekend wedding in Sonoma County this summer. $1600 is for H&MU. $1050 is for 7 hours roundtrip driving, 1 night hotel stay, and 1 day meals/incidentals cost.

Edit to add: For context this artist is local in south bay. I'm in east bay and cannot go to sonoma county for trials. I received 2 other H&MU quotes from SF artists that came in at $2550 and $2060 (plus 1 night lodging).

If quote is unreasonable, is it the $1600 for H&MU and trials unreasonable? Or just the additional $1050 travel fee?
