Hey guys! I want to go from this auburn to a neutral brown. Or just some sort of brown that isn't really super dark. I’m also trying to avoid using bleach if I can!!
What is in my hair right now is layers and layers of salon grade Demi permanent dye. My formula is:
20ml 6.53
5ml 5.56
50ml developer
Can I just buy an ashy brown box dye and put it over top to cancel out that red? Or should I used another semi or demi permanent? I was thinking maybe wella professionals colour touch. Could anyone advise me on the right colour to get to be able to cancel out some of that red while not making me too dark? Was I correct in saying to get more of an ashy brown? I honestly don’t mind if it’s still a bit warm and pulls red in the sun, i just want the majority of the red gone now.
