Last fall I visited Epic and had the Princess Peach cake at Toadstool café. Absolutely loved it, especially the icing. Does anyone have an idea of what type of icing that is? The description says 'whipped topping', but was hoping for something more specific lol.

I'm heading to Shenandoah this weekend for a quick little getaway. Starting at Rockfish Gap entrance and going north. Any suggestions for what to prioritize seeing/hiking?
