I’m 4 weeks post op and just wondering when you guys started working out again? I’ve never really been one to work out but I want to now and get rid of these love handles!

I got top surgery with Dr. Julia MacRae Newark, DE on April 16 2026 and I’m now 2 weeks and 2 days post op here’s some pictures from the second day to just this morning. I did have nipple bleeding for 3 days after surgery no one’s fault but my body as I do have a blood disorder. I would highly recommend this surgeon as she knows exactly what she’s talking about and very reassuring and I love my results! Im also posting my results because I don’t see a lot of her results on here or really anywhere and just because you can’t find results for a surgeon isn’t always a red flag.
