How are you actually getting better at cold calls/objections outside of work?

I’m a junior SDR and just joined the market, so I’m still struggling with the lack of experience, especially with cold calls and objections.

What do you actually do to get better at these?

Do you mostly learn from real calls, roleplay with your team, watch content, or use tools like ChatGPT/AI voice agents to practice?

Especially curious about AI. has anyone actually used it for sales practice? Was it useful or did it feel gimmicky? I see some SaaS companies buy they all seem B2B focused.

Trying to understand what people are actually doing today.

How are your software engineers handling AI agent documentation?

I currently have a bottleneck on my engineering team. They're all using Claude Code to generate feature specs and implementation plans, and they are actively shipping stuff, but all those valuable docs just get lost or deleted at some point.

We want to push all those docs to a dedicated agentic docs repo. This ensures that every other engineer and other teams can quickly read and know what's going on with any feature.

The issue is that people just forget to push stuff to this repo, or they make changes to the initial plan and forget to update the docs. At the end of the day, it's just a messy process.

I wonder if you guys are using any sort of framework to handle all that valuable documentation.
