I usually try to wait a few minutes after close to see if they leave themselves, if they don’t I go around switching lights/music off and flipping the sign to closed… but that also doesn’t work very well. I do eventually go up to each person and say ‘sorry, we are closed now’.

Curious if you guys have any better ways of letting them know without sounding annoying or like you’re kicking them out lol
