Hey everyone, I just finished a mock exam. While solving the questions, I realized that I often rely on very vague, fuzzy memories to recall formulas. Even though I can usually get the answers right, I’ve lost a clear understanding of why we use that formula and where it comes from. I also keep forgetting the underlying assumptions and prerequisites.
The exam is only one week away. What should I do to improve this? Should I keep grinding tons of practice questions, or should I go back and thoroughly review the origins, derivations, and reasons behind the formulas?
I’d really appreciate your advice! Thank you!🙏

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice on exam strategy. Since I’m a non-native English speaker from Taiwan, I find heavy reading quite mentally draining.
My question is: how is the actual exam structured? Is it randomized, or are subjects grouped into blocks like the mock exams? Specifically for Ethics—if it shows up at the very beginning, should I skip it and come back to it after finishing other sections?
I'm worried that starting with a reading-heavy section like Ethics will burn me out and affect my focus for the rest of the exam. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! 🙏
