This tree is in the neighbours garden. When I moved in two years ago it was tiny. The house was empty for a year before someone moved in (rented). Therefore she doesn’t do anything with the garden, which of course she doesn’t have to. The landlord does nothing with the garden and it was completely overgrown.

My worry is- how big is this going to get? Because it’s grown so quickly. It’s very close and will begin to block the sun from my garden. How can I approach this? I never see the woman who lives next door, let alone the landlord.
