Businesses all over the country are recieving price increase notices particularly on all types of building materials. Windows, siding, roofing, delivery surcharges, you name it We're here to share tactic to lower your and ultimately your customers cost. Negotiate hard. I contact any supplier issuing a price increase notice and tell them I need at least three months notice on any price change. You'll receive some time. Then I let them know I only shop price to every single competator when they raise my price. Ultimately I try to shave a few points off the increase. I've had excellent luck doing this. How about you? What did you do?
