I'd like to know if anyone has used an RS needle for outlining/lining instead of an RL needle. If so, what difference did you notice in the line work?

Also, for those more experienced, if I want to draw a thicker line, should I use a larger needle or should I gradually increase the line thickness using a smaller needle?
