My employer is actively recruiting and they’re basically saying they don’t want anyone who can’t *speak N2 or N1 Japanese because this is not a school and they don’t want to teach people.

Well, with that said, these people can’t use any modern technology and are constantly asking me the foreigner to teach them various things.

It’s so annoying for me because I feel like we all have the same 24 hours in the day and if they don’t want to study or develop their skills on their own time, why am I doing it on my time just to teach them plus do my work as well?

Is the office only a school when it’s beneficial for them?
