(excuse my grammars) i had the most weird and scary ahh dream. im gonna skip the other part, i was in this living room with ppl that i dont know, then a guy on the sofa started talking like hes on something but like really scary ahh, then his sister getting concern for him and its scary the shi out of me, i forgot what they were talking about bu the guy was talking about something with basketball but it doesnt connect or make sense of what he was saying then his sister said something "in this room?" then my vision change but i was still in a room with them, i swear on my life i saw the outer space theres a stars and those blue thingy that look like an ocean, my it started shaking violently it was so effing scary as shi, then boom minute later im having paralysis and i knew im gonna astral project becasue i felt the feeling i had before when i was a kid and it was really tramatiizing to me. i was having sleep paralysis but my eyes were close its like im viewing it on top of my very forehead, it felt so heavy, and my vision that time was still shaking like crazy and i was hearing thid very very effing loud noise in my ears, i pleaded to not astral project then i woke up. these last few weeks ive been getting troubles with sleep, and now its even hard for me. i feel insane and scared.
