Hello everyone,

I’m seeking feedback on a situation I’d call a "minor complex case" that seems to be stuck in manual processing. I’m starting to get very impatient as my timeline is stretching.

The Facts:

Context: PR Application (Medicals passed and valid since January).
The Issue: My spouse missed his initial biometrics.
The Sequence: 1. Feb 12: I sent a Webform to explain. IRCC replied that he must send the request himself. 2. Feb 17: My spouse sent his own Webform as instructed.
The Wait: It has been 10 weeks (70 days) since that Feb 17 Webform.

My Questions:

Does 70 days of silence after a Webform suggest the file is "lost" or just stuck in a slow office?

>Realistically, when should I expect a response? I’m losing my patience and don’t know if I should send a reminder or just keep waiting.
