Hi everyone,

I've been TTC for a while. My TSH is usually between 3.5 and 4.0, but my Free T3 and Free T4 are normal.

I've read that TSH should ideally be below 2.5 when trying to conceive, but my family doctor says my levels are normal and won't prescribe any medication.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Were you able to get treatment or a referral? Are there any lifestyle or diet changes that helped lower your TSH naturally?

I'd really appreciate any advice or experiences. Thank you!
