does it count as 6h of sleep if i sleep for 2h in the afternoon and sleep for 4h at night? and also is it healthy or should i change this habit (somehow)

being a perfectionist is ruining my life

i just cant seem to get started on anything, and spend all my time on schedules, timetables, and plans which i never follow. i resort to these to make me less guilty of not studying

the idea of my studying not being perfect really bugs me and as a result of that, i keep worrying about the "right" start and the idea of even starting gets too heavy and i end up not starting, so id do anything but studying. when the new day dawns, the cycle repeats all over again

i really dont know how to stop this and how to start. does anyone have any advice on how to overcome this?

does lack of sleep make you less intelligent

ive noticed how i do much worse on my tests when i dont sleep enough consistently, among a period of time. throughout the past few months, ive been sleeping for around 2-4h per night. so i was just wondering if it's actually that serious and can affect my daily life like that
