I had these shoes in 2013-ish, unsure exactly when I got them or where. They were essentially a leather sneaker in the sense that they laced up and the back was covered. They had the holes in the sides and they had a small heel. I wore them until the leather was literally falling apart.

They were a perfect mix between a sandal and not looking as casual as a sandal. PLEASE help!!! I've searched high and low and still can't find anything even remotely similar.
