Je cherche un livre pour mon fils de 2 ans qui traite du mariage, si possible du mariage des parents.
Son papa et moi allons bientôt nous marier et les livres sont toujours un super moyen de pouvoir discuter du sujet en amont et de s’en réjouir ensemble.

I come from a country where museum volunteering isn’t very organized (or institutionalized). I work at a small museum that’s gradually building up a good number of volunteers, which is great! But we could certainly provide them with better support and better recognition of their work.
For example, they used to help a lot with the museum’s front desk (ticket sales), but I’m now also trying to involve them in more challenging tasks (assisting with collection care).
How do you organize the volunteers’ work? What do they do at your museum? How do you supervise them and recognize their commitment?
