Hi everyone,

I used a Claim Credit code, but my order was stuck at the airport for over 2 months. Customer service decided to issue a refund on their own because of the delay.

The order status now says: 'Refund requested by customer service for you, issued by Temu. It needs to be processed by your financial institution.'

Immediately after this, the code disappeared and I can't access the offer anymore. Support told me 'the round has ended' and I should just wait for a new one.

Has anyone recovered a code or the same offer after a 'Temu-issued' refund? Since it wasn't my fault, is there any way to get the credit/offer back ?
