Transitioning like none other.
Hey guys , I am transitioning to CS after a decade long hiatus in which I left my passion to join the army to marry the woman I loved.
Didn't get the woman. Ended up doing civil engineering instead of CS which I was already doing before joining army.
But the passion stayed , I develop dashboards, train ML models, AI models, PyQT desktop applications, spatial analysis , GIS / RS workflows. Now I am leaving army with no safety net because it's not possible to create a safety net. I have done extensive networking, coding and development while being in army but since the projects were locally deployed I couldn't get the true feel of CS development.
The pain has become too much to bear now and I am leaving for the sake of my health, my interests and peace of mind.
My QUESTION IS THAT is there any one willing to take chance on this poor fellow and guide him to a path. I just need guidance since I have been isolated for a decade, I have no network, nothing in context of outreach.
I don't care if it's saturated, being automated away, I just need someone to show me a bit of light which I can follow and succeed.
And I mean like an actual roadmap. Executable roadmap as opposed to ones shown on roadmap.sh.
