First order failure!
I started delivering last night, my very first order was from Pizza Hut, I was like “Alright easy enough” I get the food, go to the customers house and they say “We just finished eating Pizza Hut” I’m just standing there really confused as it’s literally my first order. The girl gets her husband and he says “I didn’t order anything through door dash, that’s literally the exact same thing that I just finished eating and Pizza Hut delivered it themselves” he showed me his app just to confirm he didn’t. I asked if maybe someone else in the house ordered and he said no it was just him and his wife there. I contact support and they’re like “Okay cool here’s your money and dispose of the food”
So long story short, I got $2 and a pizza for my first delivery 😂
