A lot of people in this sub say that the only way to land a CRA role right now is through referrals and by building strong relationships with site monitors. Are people still getting hired through direct applications, or has that route basically become ineffective? For someone like me who primarily works on PI-initiated studies, it’s harder to build connections with site monitors. Is the CRA path mostly dependent on referrals these days?
