Tyrannosaurus model in BlockBench

The model is decent but the texture is bad. What should I do?

The texture looks plain and boring! I heavily relied on patterns to make it good.

I also did not add teeth because I used monitor lizards as reference for the lips

It looks so bad compared to my other models ngl

Ceratosaurus model V1

I made this in Blockbench. It has no texture and animation but it already has bone folders. What do you think of it, guys? I didn't add the dewclaw to simplify the model.

I think that Yutyrannus likely shed like Arctic animals such as foxes. It would've likely cooked the animal if it retained a fuzzy look while its environment is warming up. It is very likely that Yutyrannus would've shed the excess feathers in order to prevent overheating during summer. Camouflage is also a reason for shedding since Yutyrannus huali—a large animal—can't blend in with its environment during summer season where snow is likely disappearing, and the feathers would be a massive disadvantage because it doesn't blend in with its environment. There are also weaknesses in my speculation such as Yutyrannus needing high metabolism just to grow all of the feathers again and it would take too long for it to grow back, basically dooming the animal in winter season. What do you guys think?
