Hi everyone, I took my Alienware laptop to a repair shop cause of a loud fan. They did the diagnostic and confirmed that was the problem, but when they changed it they called telling us it stoped working cause of a problem with the motherboard. Now I'm trying to dispute this since the laptop worked before we rbought it in (it was loud but it turned on and worked perfectly). Now the laptop does not work and they are telling me its going to be from 100 to 400 dlls more. I'm wondering if this makes any sense AT ALL. I bought alienware because of its ease to improve parts, and since I am an architecture student.
