I know it's probably normal and the only thing I can do now is to try to make sure that it never happens again but I am still quite affected. :(

How does one recover from this :(( not coping too well at the moment.

edit: Thanks so much guys i feel a lot better now :D. Btw it was a math course and I think what happend was I messed up on the finals. Anyways thanks guys :DDD I'll def pass this course next time I do it
