I am able to acquire 55lbs of butter at a time for free pretty much whenever And I need ways to turn it into profit!

I personally use this butter to cook and bake with for my family of 7 but it still takes a long time to go through the block and I have room for extra blocks in my deep freezer as needed.

I tried starting up selling flavored butters about A year ago. You can’t do that in my state (GA) I guess. Not that I had complaints but when signing up for farmers markets you do have to show food licenses for certain items. Cottage foods is legal to sale for anyone but laws on selling diary in my state are kind of iffy and confusing to say the least. After looking into the laws it seemed Like it was not going to be legal To do.

I’m not good at decorating cakes. I am okay at bread and great at cobblers, cookies, pies, etc…. But this is the south… Everyone is running an at home bakery so it feels So oversaturated. Any other ideas or an idea to make a home bakery niche even worth the time??? Or how to work around these dairy laws?
