The drama has a female lead. She wakes up in a book she's read. She's the evil wife of a rich man, who is in a wheel chair. They live with his family, and all of them can hear her thoughts. For example, she knows that his sister is secretly seeing someone, who will get her preggo, and then un-alive her. The family of course begins to listen to her thoughts and act on them to prevent their own ruin. They also hear her naughty thoughts about her husband, who she quite likes. i wanna say it took place a little bit in the past, but it's sometimes hard to say. I do believe the husband ends up healed, and out of his wheel chair.
