Hi everyone, hoping someone here can point me in the right direction!
I am on the lookout for a two bedroom place to rent somewhere along the south Dublin area. The areas I am focusing on are Killiney, Bray, Ballybrack, Shankill, Dalkey and Dun Laoghaire any of these would work great for me.
I am not too fussy about the type of place. Does not have to be massive, just liveable and in decent enough condition.
I have been checking Daft and MyHome regularly but as everyone here probably knows, anything decent gets snapped up almost instantly. So I figured I would try my luck here in case anyone knows of something coming available soon, or maybe a landlord who is looking for a reliable tenant.
Happy to provide references, proof of income, the works. I am a straightforward tenant with no drama, just looking for somewhere I can settle in for the long term.
