Hello all. It'll be 10 weeks tomorrow since I had a lumbar TLIF. Unfortunately I found myself in a situation yesterday where I had to help someone that had fallen and now I'm paranoid about my back.

If I had damaged my repaired back would the pain have been instantaneous? There's no sciatic pain and it doesn't feel all that different than it did before lifting the person but I'm now freaking out about every minor bit of discomfort I feel
