You must be the original creator and hold exclusive rights to your build. Do not submit work by others.

Builds that are re-creations or improvements of old or current LEGO sets are not allowed, except for Batman related sets.

There is a report button on lego ideas tell them of these plagiarism issues. Obviously, please dont harass the 2 people.
