If you could go back when starting your program — what would you have done differently or what did you start early that you were thankful you did all along?

I started this past semester and I’m seeing a lot of posts about people framing and “BDS” (first time hearing about this), and I just wonder if I should start these now even if it’s 10 minutes a day so I’m truly getting the information and not just cramming to forget information later.

Also - are safmeds really worth it?
