Hi all! I joined mercor back in April, and got my first offer very soon after that. I accepted the contract and had to verify my identity.
During id verification, I was asked to provide a second id, which i don't have. I indicated so and zinc said that someone from mercor is going to be reaching out to verify my identity "face to face". That was 5 days ago, and now I am stressing that I will miss out on the contract. My understanding is that it can be ended at any point without notice. My dashboard on mercor says "waiting on you" and I'm certain I haven't missed any emails.
I emailed mercor and I haven't heard back. Has anyone else gone through this? And if so how long did it take to hear back, verifying your identity and starting work? I really really need the money as I was made redundant back in November.
