Navigating young adulthood

Hi there! My daughter turned 21 on Saturday. she was diagnosed with different pieces since 7 starting with hypothyroidism. By middle school she officially had panhypopituitarism with first and secondary hypothyroidism, growth hormone deficiency and ACTH.

We have an amazing relationship but sometimes I worry I have bubble wrapped her too much. Looking for advice on a few things from your experience.

She just finished an aesthetician program and passed state boards. Applying for jobs is stressful and hard. Also, she looks maybe 15. So she is not getting taken seriously. She has always been treated like she is younger than her age her whole life by people.

Wondering if there are any tips for job searches when you look much younger than your age?

And also wondering if there are things you wish your parent/parent figure had understood better when you were a young adult.

I just want to support and encourage her as best I can. Thank you for your help ♥️
