Finally I managed to AP again after a month of not being able to.
I managed to AP again this morning after around a month of not being able to at all. I'm so happy about this.
I honestly thought it was game over for me. I didn't think I would experience it again, and I was a little sad about that, I'm ngl.
When I got into bed last night, I thought to myself, “I can do this, I know how,” and the rest was swearing like a Peaky Blinder, which I won't repeat here. But I was hyping myself up for and it seemed to do the trick.
They both weren't for very long at all.
The 1st time, I got out to the end of my bed, got really excited, and tried to tame that because I knew I would end up back in my body just from excitement. Well, I looked down on the floor and spotted my vape, my vape wasn't even on the floor or anywhere near the end of the bed IRL, but there it was.. I picked it up took a puff it even functioned like a vape up until I took the breath in, then boom, back in my body...
The 2nd time, I was again really excited but tried to keep my cool. I thought, “Wow, I really have to see my BF,” so off I went. He was flushing the toilet, which is upstairs anyway and really not too far from the bedroom. I walked into the hallway and tried to call his name, but I couldn't speak a word. It came out like a breath with no sound. I moved along up to him and he moved into the other room out of my way so I could pass. Our hallway is very narrow, so then I got excited because it was like he could see me, then boom, back into my body.
I don't know if this was my BF because I only saw a figure, but it was his size and frame, with the same clothes he has on today, so I can only believe it really was him. Also, the way we have to flush the toilet atm is flush, flush, flush (it needs replacing aha) and he was doing that. I could hear it as I was coming out of the bedroom.
Other than seeing a strange like grey, toy bubble car in the room on the floor with a blue light on it that was it for me. Maybe i should have interacted with that I don't know? I completely ignored as I was on my own little mission to find my BF.
I was able to move my arms around a couple more times after that, but I felt like I didn't have the energy to get out again. Is this an actual thing or is it something I need to overcome? That feeling of just being exhausted? It's not the 1st time I've felt like I've done too much, even though I haven't been out for long or gone very far at all.
I'm wondering if the short time period of me being out of my body will eventually get longer over time.
If you have come along for a read and have more experience in this area, could you please enlighten me on whether this is a restriction I am putting on myself or if this is just how it is in the beginning please? 🙏🏻
Thanks for popping by and having a read 😊
Also came back to add:
My exit was different today for the 1st time, I had no vibrations nor sounds, it seemed like I looked fully to the right side of me and see static, a very small amount of blue and purple in the form of a door, but really subtle. From that I thought to just see if I can get out from this point, and I did.
The 2nd time I got the vibrations first and the sound was like someone aggressively stirring a teaspoon in a cup, it was very tingy.
