For my chem aac I want to do how salt concentration or the pH level affects the rusting of iron. I searched how long it took for rusting to happen in water and it said somewhere from 3 days to a week. When I told my teacher she said I shouldn't do it because there a potential the iron might take a very long time to rust, longer then I expected but I really want to do this idea.

For all my chemistry students do you think I should still do my aac idea or try and find a different topics.
