Forgot to submit an assignment - Advice please!!
Hi! I'm panicking pretty badly right now and I just need a bit of advice.
I've been pretty good about submitting assignments on time but today I fell behind on other assignments and totally forgot to complete one. The due date was at 11:59 and I, with hope, thought I could still submit after the time finished.
My assignment is now locked and I've reviewed the syllabus and the only thing on late homework is to let the professor and TA know in a timely manner if something will be turned in late.
I'm currently taking a shot in the dark and submitting it via canvas comments. I apologized and said that I understand if they will not accept it as I "submitted" it at 12:27 AM.
I did some calculations and if they don't accept my homework my grade would drop from an A to a C. Should I talk with my TA tomorrow (I have section) and ask if it will still be accepted or should I just accept my fate.
Please give advice if you can. This is honestly my first time submitting something late. :/
