Hi guys, so this happened with my dad and I heard the call as well since it was on speaker and I was completely shocked.

My dad bought a TV using Bajaj finance personal loan and usually the EMI would auto debit monthly from his account. Yesterday he got a call from a woman at Bajaj finance who literally was screaming Helllooooo on the phone and then said ‘Tumne Bajaj se loan liya hai uska emi bharo tum kyu nahi bhar rahe’ when my dad explained that it usually auto debits she became super angry and told him we’ve stopped auto debiting and now you have to manually pay, when he asked how to do that she again got angry ‘tumko mere company se mail toh aya hoga na kaise karne ka baar baar pooch ke bahana mat banao’ my dad finally lost his cool and said ‘yeh koi tareeka hai customer se baat karne ka’ to which she said, ‘tum mat chillao ek toh loan lelete ho aur upar se bharte nahi ho’ and cuts the call.

I was completely shocked because I’ve never seen a business speak so rudely to its customers.

I wanted to understand if this was a one off bad experience that we’ve experienced or have other people also experienced such abhorrent and shocking customer service from Bajaj Finance?
