Currently in year 2 of a ER role working alongside a group of HRBPs supporting the CHRO. I support all performance, terms, grievances. Have great rapport with leaders all the way up to c-suite but wanting to pivot into more of an HRBP as the performance only piece is a bit lonely.
Any advice on how to bring this up to my boss in our 1:1 or things I can work on/learn? I’m 4 years into my HR career and only have experience thus far in
