Someone sent me a flyer. It shows the location as this East Austin sandlot field.

I can't find any info, but sure sounds fun.

Currently in Texas, but looking to spend the hot Texas summers in California. When I look at the tax rules for part time residents, only the income/capital gains while in Ca get taxed. Is the simple solution to only take distributions or sell equity when in Texas?
