I’m due to start TaRC in the coming weeks and was wondering when I will get an official Offer Of Service and access to JPA.
I need it to access the tax free childcare through my kids’ school.
Also wondering is there is a kitting out day on TaRC as I have absolutely no kit at all.
I wanted to trial an extended (for me) fast of 5 days next week. Done a few 48-72 before and confident I can.
In terms of weight loss how much can I actually expect to drop in those 5 days. Is it as simple as my daily tdee x5 and then 3500 calories as a pound or is there more to it?
Also, I’m hoping to not change my current workout plan of HIIT classes and 3x runs a week. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Currently 102kg 175cm (well built not overly fat) so thinking will the excess fat make things easier for me on the gym and energy levels

Does anyone who’s recently been to Honington (or otherwise in the know) have any idea how far in to Reg phase 2 you do the assault course as a pass/fail
