Tips for making a leather cover?
I have been bookbinding for a bit now, but I've always just used some variation of book cloth or paper or canvas for the covers. I have a vision in mind of making a leather bound case with an extra flap to secure it, kind of like a journal, but I wasn't sure how to get started with working with leather for the first time. Any advice or tutorials someone can point me towards?
