Hey everyone! currently working as a Campaign Success Specialist at a direct response call center specializing in abandoned cart recovery and buyer follow-up campaigns. I've been in this role for over a year and I'm exploring whether my skillset is marketable enough to find better opportunities or even go freelance eventually.

Here's what I do day to day:

I manage the entire backend of direct response campaigns — from building campaign infrastructures in Konnektive CRM to configuring fulfillment workflows, SKU mapping, and affiliate setups. I handle webhook integrations through Zapier and Listflex, connecting platforms like Cartpanda, Clickbank, BuyGoods, and Digistore24 to ensure leads flow correctly from checkout to recovery agents. I also set up Export Webhook Profiles with routing logic that separates abandoned cart leads and buyer leads so they go to the right teams automatically.

Beyond the technical side, I coordinate directly with clients to gather platform credentials, API keys, and product details before campaign launches. I've managed a large number of product campaigns across multiple clients in a fully remote setup.

My tools include Konnektive CRM, Sticky.io, Spark CRM, Zapier, Listflex, Cartpanda, Clickbank, BuyGoods, Digistore24, Shopify, Monday.com, and Checkoutchamp.

My question is — is this niche specific enough to be marketable? Is there demand for someone with this exact skillset? And what would you suggest I learn next to make myself more valuable in the market?
