I’m currently leading the setup of the UKG Pro Compensation module at my company, starting from scratch, and I’m looking to connect with folks who have hands-on experience implementing it.
Specifically, I’d love input on:
- Best practices for structuring compensation cycles (merit, bonus, adjustments)
- How you approached eligibility rules, budgets, and approval workflows
- Common pitfalls to avoid during initial implementation
- Any training resources (official or external) that were actually useful
Context:
We’re in the early design phase and focusing on getting the framework right before heavy configuration in UKG.
