Could you check with him at Best Buy to see if they might be able to replace my device? I’ve only had it for about a month and 10 days, and I’ve noticed some white dots appearing on my camera when I take photos both day and night. I’ve already looked into it, and it seems to be coming from dust or something similar, not from the software. The phone is supposed to be new and sealed, but this is happening. I bought the phone, turned it on, and installed all my apps, but I only started using it about a week ago. I was able to back up my iPhone to my Pixel to transfer everything over. I’m really stuck and don’t know what to do. What advice do you have for me? I’m a member of Best Buy and have been shopping there for over 10 years.
