Currently I am practicing in an outpatient clinic and feel less challenged then I did back on clinics during school. My motivation always was to work with high level athletes and active duty military due to the intensity of treatments. My last clinic rotation was active duty airforce and was great and I learned a lot of techniques that helped me.

Is there any advice on how to find these career fields or who to talk to. USAjobs is always a bust when I look but I have heard of contractor positions. Haven't heard anything about high level athlete positions besides the fact is it mostly DPT.
