I’m considering a move from Ocean Beach to La Mesa as the area has become quite expensive. You truly can’t beat living next to the ocean when it comes to summer heat. But it comes with tourism and extra traffic. Have any of you ever made such a move and did you regret it? I realize everything has its trade-offs.
