Hii everyone I just finished my second year of nursing and I’ve been applying to clinical externships, but I haven’t been hearing back from anywhere. I’m starting to feel stuck and not sure if I’m like doing smth wrongg. To those of who were able to secure externships…what helped u stand out? Was it your resume, cover letter, connections, or smth else?

I’m wondering if maybe my resume isn’t strong or good enough or if theres smth specific employers are looking for that I might be missing. any tips, advice, or even things you wish you knew earlier would really help
