What’s the point of pto if I still have to work the 30 hours?

I just switched to flex rt so maybe someone can help me understand better. I was at 29 hours then had to put in pto for an appointment, that dropped me down to 25 hours. I ended up having to pick up another full shift but cant work the whole thing so I had to use more pto😐. Now I’m sitting at roughly 31 hours but I don’t understand how this works. I get that I’m no longer working those hours anymore but there seems like no reason to use the pto if I can’t use it to cover time I’m supposed to work.

Flex RT

I transfer to flex on Sunday, should I already be grabbing shifts? HR hasn’t really told me much, she’s not even having me sign my acceptance letter until tomorrow.

500 people saw this and no one gave me an answer… thanks guys 😐

Had a supervisor write me up for and I quote “ponytail hanging mid back”. even when my hair is down, which it’s not when I’m at work, it still only falls an inch or two past my shoulders. I WISH I had mid back length hair, but now I have this bs write up so how do I get rid of it?

When every aisle is overflowing and there’s no help, OVs coming in two at a time, and no one can keep up. Everyone on D clocked out one by one within 5 minutes of each other.
