My sister is almost 45 years old. When she was in public school in Texas, she was in special ed and held back a grade. I know for sure she was diagnosed with dyslexia, but I don’t know what else she may have been diagnosed with or even where to find a record of the things I know she had. Our parents are both gone now and I am trying to get her into a jobs program but they require documentation. Does anyone know if such records are still available and where to find them. Thanks.
