I'm a non-domiciled Irish resident and I've been paying CGT on my RSUs for some time but really want to use remmitance basis advantage now as I don't need the money here and I'm planning to buy a house somewhere else. Does anyone recommend an advisor that help you setting up an offshore account for investment (Jersey, Isle of Man, etc)?
Any experience and feedback with this type of service?
Current I sell RSUs twice an year to rebalance my portfolio, send the funds to my AIB account and send the money to deGiro to buy other investments, so want to have an account to use instead of AIB. I know some online banking might work but I've heard so many terrible stories about Wise and other digital bank closing accounts and retaining funds that I'd prefer to set a proper offshore structure.
